Full Job Description
- Provide day-to-day support for Workday HCM and other key HR applications. Including end user support, training and potentially out-of-hours support.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and have a strong attention to detail.
- Take part in your community of practice, understanding the principles of application design, management, and the software development lifecycle.
- Develop your application configuration skills, specifically for the Workday HCM application, delivering non-complex configurations with support from more senior colleagues.
- Continually look for areas of improvement across your application domain (process, technical, training), including automation of business processes, automation of existing data feeds and continuous improvement of data quality.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Have the confidence to influence HR teams and managers in the business, prepare to challenge and be challenged.
- Manage incidents effectively to ensure that service is returned to a satisfactory operational standard as quickly as possible with a minimum of disruption to the users of that service.
