Mimecast is seeking an Associate Technical Support Engineer to join our global support team. You will provide first-line technical support to customers using Mimecast products, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues by phone and email, and document solutions.
You will analyze symptoms, diagnose root causes, and escalate when needed, while staying current with product knowledge and contributing to knowledge base improvements. Strong communication and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
