About the Team Our Systems Engineering & Solution Sales organization is made up of 800+ customer-focused technical sales professionals who are responsible for identifying and matching technology opportunities with the customer's business issues and objectives, as well as channel partner training and enablement. This team also acts in a consultative fashion and is looked to as an expert in their field by the Nutanix sales, customer success, business partners, and customers. Your Role

• Assist in the design and implementation of customer-centric solutions leveraging virtualization and cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, sales, and customer success teams throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure effective solutions.
• Deliver engaging presentations and hands-on workshops to showcase products and drive customer adoption.
• Analyze customer feedback and technical performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support system sizing and configuration to align with specific customer requirements and business goals.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver throughout the engagement.
• Participate actively in the Systems Engineering Academy for continuous learning and skill development.
• Set personal development milestones, aiming for proficiency in core technologies and customer engagement strategies within the first year.
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, focusing on infrastructure, data science, or cloud technologies
• Fluent English language proficiency
• Strong knowledge of virtualization and enterprise systems, with an eagerness to learn cloud services
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying technical concepts
