Associate - Structuring, Transaction Banking Solutions

Join the Transactional Structuring team within Transaction Banking Solutions (TBS). This team partners closely with TBS Corporate and Institutional Sales and the Specialist Client Solutions team, supporting the structuring and execution of transactions (including credit submissions) across the full transaction banking product suite-including Core Trade, Traditional Trade, Commodity Trade Finance, ECA, Commercial Cards, Asset and Invoice Finance, Merchant Services, and other core Transaction Banking products. Your accountabilities will include:

• Assisting senior colleagues in managing a portfolio of existing clients and supporting the delivery of P&L targets.
• Supporting the structuring and execution of transactions, including client engagement, credit discussions, legal negotiations, and completion.
• Creation of Product Papers (credit memos) and engagement with the credit teams to support the approval of new and/or renewal of facilities.
• Helping with the execution of Transaction Banking Solutions products across trade and payments.
• Building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including professional advisors.
• Identifying cross-sell opportunities and connecting clients with relevant TBS product specialists.

  Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid which involves spending at least 3 days per week, or 60% of your time, in the office.
