Full Job Description

This is a temporary role as an Associate Specialist at Elysium Healthcare's Dunnock View facility, where you will provide clinical assessment and support the Consultant Psychiatrist in the assessment and treatment of patients with mental health needs. The role involves providing high-quality first-line medical care, liaising with external professionals, and being an effective member of the multidisciplinary team., As an Associate Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical assessment, completing regular mental state reviews, and monitoring for medication side effects. You will also prepare reports for tribunal and managers' hearings, attend CPA meetings, and contribute to service development through audits, research, and teaching. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in psychiatry, full GMC registration, and being in good standing with the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
