Associate Solicitor - Family Law

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate to work independently across any of our 4 office locations; Banbury, Bicester, Cheltenham or Rugby. This role will allow you to work collaboratively with others at all levels in the firm, deliver complex legal work and manage a large portfolio of work spanning all elements of Family law, whilst placing the client at the centre of everything you do. You will also have the rewarding experience of acting as a role model, providing support, guidance, coaching and development for fellow team members.

We are looking for someone who is client-focused and detail orientated, demonstrating strong organisational skills, the ability to prosper under pressure in a team environment with the ability to work fully independently too, while closely managing client expectations. As a qualified Lawyer, to succeed in this role, a deep understanding of the full spectrum of Family Law is critical, in particular experience in dealing with financial matters on family breakdown including dealing with pensions, Family Companies and high value assets. You will also need to follow established priorities, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with SRA and other governing body requirements. You'll have a confident ability to manage high value and complex work, delivering on this with true passion, ensuring that you consistently meet financial targets for the success of yourself, your team and the firm.
