Experteer Overview As a Senior Associate in DWF's Insurance Fraud team, you lead high-value fraud claims and supervise junior colleagues. You will build and maintain strong insurer client relationships while delivering strategic and technical guidance. The role involves shaping litigation strategy, trial preparation, and contributing to the growth of the Fraud practice. A hybrid working setup with weekly office presence in Liverpool or Manchester supports this dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Lead on complex, high-value fraudulent claims across motor, EL/PL, staged accidents, and organised fraud rings Supervise junior team members and contribute to training and development Build and manage client relationships with major insurers, delivering strategic and technical advice Contribute to business development and growth of the Fraud practice Engage in litigation strategy, advocacy, and trial preparation for challenging matters Tasks 4+ years PQE with experience in insurance fraud, Personal Injury, or Catastrophic Injury Proven track record of running a complex caseload with minimal supervision Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering excellent client service Proactive approach to file strategy, innovation, and cost management Key requirements inclusive environment equal opportunities adjustments or additional support on request
