DAC Beachcroft is looking for a Senior Associate to join our Bristol based Corporate team. Forming an integral part of an established team of 40 fee earners across Bristol and London, the main purpose of this role is to lead transactional work across our portfolio of clients based in the UK and internationally.The Bristol and London teams are entrepreneurial, supportive and collegiate, working closely together across a broad, involved, and engaging workload including mergers & acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, buy-outs, equity fundraisings and corporate advisory matters.Our exceptional clients are discerning and expect a gold standard of service. We advise a variety of clients from large corporate groups to high net worth individuals, including a number of in-house legal teams at household name financial institutions, healthcare providers and real estate investors/developers as well as significant clients in the technology and leisure sectors.
