What you'll be doing Support 1-2 Relationship Directors in a fast-moving corporate mid-market portfolio (turnover roughly £10m-£250m) to grow client relationships and opportunities Conduct in-depth client and sector research, analyse business models and financials, and prepare clear recommendations Assist in preparing client presentations, credit papers, and risk assessments; ensure accuracy and governance alignment Monitor portfolios, track performance, flag risks, and maintain robust documentation Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions across lending, treasury, cash management, risk, and advisory Continuously seek process improvements and apply feedback to enhance client materials and research quality What we're looking for Several years' experience in corporate/commercial banking or a client-focused service role; mindset and energy valued as much as direct experience Bachelor's
