Role OverviewWe are looking for multiple open-minded and adaptable Junior QA Engineers to join our Testing Practice, with immediate deployment opportunities onsite with one of our largest Financial Services clients, based in London. These roles are ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how large-scale platforms work end-to-end, is naturally curious, and thrives in environments where continuous learning is essential. Previous experience with specific vendor platforms is not required. Instead, we are looking for strong problem-solving ability, systems thinking, and the capability to quickly absorb new concepts, technologies, and domain knowledge.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, execute, and maintain quality assurance activities across complex systems and integrationsWork closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand system behaviour, requirements, and impactsIdentify, investigate, and clearly articulate defects, risks, and quality concernsContribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tooling, and ways of workingBuild a strong understanding of the end-to-end system landscape, ensuring changes are assessed holisticallySupport testing across multiple layers, including system, integration, and data flowsContinuously learn new tools, technologies, and domain knowledge relevant to the platform
