Full Job Description
You will report to the Lead Neuro-disability Nurse, and your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement care plans and provide tailored advice and support for children and young people with Neurodevelopmental conditions, including ADHD, and their families.
- Provide information, education, and advice to patients, families, and healthcare professionals within the clinical specialty
- Be a key contact for children and their families, offering ongoing support.
We are looking for a motivated and organised person with a genuine interest in Neuro-disability and ADHD, who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to children and families. You will have experience in a relevant paediatric setting, with exposure to education or community-based care., RSCN, RN (Child), RGN, or RMN qualification. - Educated to Diploma or Degree level.
- ENB 998 or equivalent teaching certificate.
