Full Job Description
Currie & Brown is looking for an Associate MEP Cost Consultant to join our south-east team based either in Southampton or Haywards Heath. You'll work alongside our team to deliver first-class cost consultancy across public and private sector projects. It's a chance to build strong client relationships, share what you know, and help shape how we work. What you will be doing
- Giving clients clear, accurate cost advice and reports
- Supporting our team to deliver projects and commissions
- Managing project costs with limited supervision
- Preparing estimates for M&E works
- Handling pre-contract budgeting, bid levelling and post-contract work
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
A BSc in quantity surveying, or similar - RICS membership, or working towards it or similar
- At least five years in technical delivery
- A firm grasp of project cost control
- Confident client-facing and communication skills
- CostX experience is a bonus, though not essential
- A full driving licence
