This is an exciting opportunity for existing business teachers and professionals alike to bring real-world experience into the classroom, helping students develop the skills, confidence, and commercial understanding needed to succeed in today's dynamic business environment.

As our Business Lecturer, you will:

· Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across our Business programmes, inspiring learners through relevant, industry-focused content.

· Share your professional expertise and insights to help students connect classroom learning with real-world business practice.

· Motivate and support learners to achieve their full potential, preparing them for progression into higher education, apprenticeships, or employment.

· Work collaboratively with colleagues and curriculum managers to develop innovative, up-to-date programmes that reflect current business trends and employer needs.

· Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive and succeed.
