Alternative Partners - Partnerships with investors not directly addressed by other teams within GIC such as family offices, fund-less sponsors, and funds focused on a specific niche. Financing Solutions - Flexible solutions to finance assets such as intellectual property, royalty streams, aircraft fleets, tax receivables, and US mid-market buyouts. We are looking for a suitable candidate to join the Integrated Strategies Group in London. This role is a three-year contract as part of our Associate programme. What will you do as an Associate? Supporting the team in targeted direct origination by region Deal evaluation and execution, including financial analysis, modelling, valuation, due diligence, and meetings with management teams Drafting and presentation of memoranda for the investment committee Assisting the team with legal documentation and
structuring Portfolio monitoring What makes you a successful candidate?
