Full Job Description
This newly created senior leadership role offers the opportunity to work alongside the Head of Library to drive strategic priorities, lead cross-library programmes, oversee digital development and public engagement, and manage a specialist team supporting digital preservation, imaging services, and inclusive cataloguing. You will play a key role in ensuring the Library's internationally important collections remain accessible, relevant, and impactful for future generations.
We're looking for a collaborative and influential leader with strong programme delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering change in complex organisations.
