As an associate GP, you will play a vital role in enhancing our PCN services, focusing on:

• Enhanced health in Care Homes
• Urgent, acute and routine clinics
• Addressing the frailty domains of the GP Delivery Improvement Framework
• Supporting Urgent Care demand
• Conduct in-person and telephone consultations
• Visit patients at home and in nursing homes
• Manage repeat prescriptions and clinical administration
• Collaborate closely with our PCN team to enhance patient care and frailty management, As an associate GP, you will play a vital role in enhancing our PCN services, focusing on:

  If youre a motivated and caring individual, who is either qualified or due to qualify, looking to join a successful, forward-thinking PCN in a beautiful setting, we want to hear from you., Experience working in a GP practice using EMIS is desirable but not essential, Qualified GP with full GMC registration and a license to practice
• Must be on a performers list and possess a UK drivers license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to empathize and listen actively
