This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to assist in leading our Maths Faculty. We are looking for someone who is ambitious for young people, passionate about teaching Maths, and committed to bringing out the very best in every student.
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a genuine passion for learning and teaching, and a commitment to securing high quality provision in Maths.
- Be an inspiring leader with the drive to achieve exceptional outcomes and deliver inclusive, aspirational learning experiences for all students.
- Have a strong track record of delivering successful GCSE outcomes across a range of abilities.
- Be able to support, motivate and develop colleagues to continually improve their practice.
- Demonstrate the ability to engage, enthuse and inspire both students and staff.
- Be reflective, resilient and determined to make a profound difference to the lives of young people.
