We are looking for a proficient Associate EUC Telephony Engineer who can offer swift and efficient assistance for end-user telephony services. The Digital Technology Service Team works on an assorted array of assignments and undertakings, encompassing a broad spectrum of IT and telephony systems. What you will do As a member of the EUC Team, your role will be covering all aspects of telephony services to colleagues across our organisation. This will involve supporting queries, fulfilling orders, deployments, and general administrative tasks, including:

  • Provide prompt and effective desk-side and remote support of end-user telephony applications.
  • Fix technical problems as quickly as possible, keeping customers up to date on progress.
  • Provide excellent customer service, liaise with users and provide the most efficient service delivery.
  • Working with the service desk, handling telephony queries and hardware related incidents, critical incidents and other system failures.
