OpportunityAs an Associate Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering innovative building services solutions across a diverse range of projects. You'll lead electrical design packages, manage project delivery, mentor junior engineers and build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders. As well, this role will suit an Associate who has an appetite to develop their business development skills. The team works across a broad range of sectors and offers the opportunity to contribute to prestigious UK and international projects, providing excellent exposure for ambitious engineers looking to develop their technical and leadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead electrical building services design on a variety of MEP projectsTake ownership of project delivery from concept through to completionReview detailed electrical designs, calculations, specifications and reportsCoordinate and supervise the work of engineers and techniciansSupport and mentor junior

members of the teamManage project programmes, resources and budgets where requiredBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary design teamsContribute to the adoption of digital and parametric design approachesAbout YouTo be considered, you should have:Proven experience within Electrical Building Services DesignA relevant degree or HNC/HND qualificationMembership of a recognised professional body (or working towards chartership)Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teamsStrong technical design capabilities and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsThe ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectivelyExperience using industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, DIALux, Amtech, Trimble and RevitAn interest in digital engineering, BIM and emerging design technologiesWhat's On Offer?Salary of 70,000 + 5,000 car allowance Flexible and hybrid working arrangements6%
