• Lead large-scale SAP-enabled transformation programs focusing on AI, automation and measurable value realization Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions across complex enterprise landscapes for autonomous process execution Define operating models leveraging SAP Joule/Joule Agents to augment productivity and accelerate decision-making Shape AI transformation strategy across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR and Enterprise Operations Advise senior stakeholders on AI opportunities, business value, roadmaps and investment decisions Drive adoption of SAP Business Data Cloud and secure data foundations to support scalable AI solutions Identify opportunities to combine SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business AI, Joule Agents, AI copilots, automation and analytics for value Lead multidisciplinary teams across consulting, technology, data, analytics and engineering to deliver client outcomes Design and govern AI-enabled operating models integrating people, processes, technology, data and autonomous agents Leverage SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, analytics and emerging tech to transform end-to-end processes Establish governance for AI risk, compliance, responsible AI, security and value realization Lead programme governance, risk management and multi-workstream delivery Manage diverse delivery teams in onshore, offshore and third-party environments Develop Deloitte's SAP AI, Agentic AI and Joule Agents propositions, assets and thought leadership Tasks Significant experience leading complex SAP-enabled transformation programs across multiple industries Proven ability to shape strategic transformation agendas and influence executive stakeholders Strong experience managing large delivery teams across global and distributed environments Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to engage senior executives and board-level stakeholders Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams Deep knowledge of SAP products and platforms including S/4HANA, SAP BTP and SAP Business AI Extensive experience delivering end-to-end ERP and enterprise transformation programs Understanding of business process transformation across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing and shared services Experience defining transformation roadmaps, target operating models and value realization frameworks Experience delivering AI-enabled transformation initiatives within large enterprises Shaping and delivering Agentic AI strategies in complex enterprises Understanding of SAP Joule, Joule Agents and SAP Agentic AI ecosystem Designing AI-enabled operating models combining human expertise with autonomous AI agents Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration, workflow automation and AI-driven process execution Understanding of Business Data Cloud, data foundations needed for trusted AI at scale Experience identifying and industrialising AI use cases delivering measurable business outcomes Knowledge of intelligent automation, machine learning, predictive analytics and Generative AI in enterprises Balancing AI innovation with governance, risk management, security and responsible AI principles Programme governance, risk management, dependency management and delivery excellence Experience leading large-scale, business-critical programs across multiple workstreams Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance innovation with delivery certainty Key requirements hybrid working career development world-class development wellbeing support flexible working policy opportunity to work across client sites and remote
