Associate Director - Reward UK & Ireland

We're looking for a Reward Business Partner to support the delivery of reward activities across the UK & Ireland. Partnering closely with business leaders, HR teams and the Head of Reward EMEA, you'll provide expert advice and guidance on reward matters, helping to ensure reward programmes remain competitive, compliant and aligned to business needs. Reporting to the Head of Reward EMEA, this is a highly visible role with exposure to senior stakeholders across the business. You'll act as a trusted adviser on a broad range of compensation and reward matters, providing insight, analysis and recommendations to support decision-making and the effective delivery of reward initiatives. • Act as a key reward adviser to business leaders, HR and other stakeholders across the UK & Ireland.
• Support the implementation and delivery of reward programmes and initiatives that align with business and talent objectives.
• Manage and coordinate annual compensation and incentive review cycles, ensuring effective delivery and appropriate governance.
• Provide advice and guidance on compensation-related matters, organisational changes, restructures and workforce planning initiatives.
• Adapt global and regional reward frameworks to meet UK and Irish legislative requirements, market practice and business needs.
• Support job evaluation, grading and internal equity processes.
• Contribute to pay equity analysis and statutory reporting requirements, including UK Gender Pay Gap reporting and EU Pay Transparency obligations.
• Advise on reward structures, including partner remuneration, profit-share arrangements, drawings and associated governance considerations.
• Partner with HR and mobility teams on international assignments, transfers and cross-border moves.
• Conduct market benchmarking and analyse reward trends to support a competitive reward offering.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business and reward-related decision-making.
• Contribute to regional and global reward projects, process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reward programmes and the overall employee experience.
  
  Experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, ideally gained within a complex, matrixed or international organisation.
• Strong knowledge of compensation programmes, salary review processes, incentive plans, job evaluation, market benchmarking and reward governance.
• Experience partnering with business leaders, HR teams and other stakeholders to provide reward advice, guidance and insight.
• Experience supporting reward activities across the UK, with knowledge of Ireland considered advantageous.
• Experience working with LLP reward structures, including partner remuneration, profit-share arrangements, drawings and related governance considerations is desirable but not essential.
• Experience contributing to reward projects, change initiatives and process improvements.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance business needs, governance requirements and employee outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility, influence decisions and establish effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills and experience analysing complex reward and workforce data.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into clear, practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex reward concepts to a range of audiences.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
