Full Job Description
- Support our clients shape and deliver their transformation agenda focused on strategic alignment and value delivery
- Assess and understand requirements to recommend the optimal technology solutions to address client needs
- Define the Business Case for Microsoft D365 F&O enabled business transformation
- Provide leadership for the delivery of Microsoft D365 enabled business solutions
- Develop internal business transformation capability in Deloitte UK Microsoft D365 F&O team, through structured, formal development and leading the team, demonstrating role model behaviours, including engaging clients in solving business problems
- Combine industry insight with knowledge of supply chain, core finance and performance management applications, cloud adoption and digital enablers
- Understand the business processes, tooling and capabilities required to orchestrate data driven decision making
- Demonstrate thought-leadership and become a trusted advisor to the CIO, COO, CFO and other key decision makers
- Understand Microsoft application portfolio and complimentary products to address client needs
- Build effective relationships across the global Deloitte Microsoft network. Connect to your skills and professional experience As a Microsoft D365 Delivery Lead in our Emerging Technology team, you will play a key role shaping and building our Microsoft D365 F&O practice in the UK, you will help our clients transform the way they run and manage their business, you will use your expertise to build and develop our internal capability. The role provides the opportunity to support our global strategic clients address their most significant business challenges alongside building a successful team. You will play a key role supporting C-level executives define case for change and the roadmap to deliver value. You will provide a unique perspective combining industry insight, knowledge of Microsoft enabled business transformation, cloud adoption and disruptive digital enablers to deliver value to our clients. You will use your knowledge of business process, information model and Microsoft technologies to design solutions and future products and services, influencing critical business architecture and value decisions. You will use the extensive experience you have gained though-out your career to build and develop our internal capability, assess training needs and be a role model to our emerging talent, demonstrating how you engage and work with clients to solve their most complex business problems.
- Proven experience with full Life-cycle technology implementations
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation methodology and principles
- Ability and keen interest in developing talent and building a high-performing team.
- Effective listening skills to understand and break down client business problems
- Ability to share good practice and influence stakeholders on the merits of the solutions proposed
- Effective cross-functional project management, communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in consulting or professional services Desirables:
- Demonstrated ability to drive value through good practice processes, automation, continuous integration/deployment and cloud-based delivery models
- Comfortable talking about technical issues with non-technical team member and to the client leadership team
- Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
- Ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given audience, combining technical expertise with simple, everyday language to deliver a story
- Demonstrated business domain and/ or industry knowledge
- Ability to work well with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and clients
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into information models
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and self-direction
