Experteer Overview As Associate Director / Principal Consultant in AMCL UK&I, you will lead high-profile defence engagements, shaping delivery and client relationships. You'll leverage your defence network to win opportunities and guide projects to meet client and organizational goals. The role sits in a team of asset management thought leaders, contributing to cutting-edge approaches and cross-border collaboration within Turner & Townsend's defence network. You'll influence senior decision-makers and help develop internal capability while promoting AMCL's mission to make infrastructure more valuable and less harmful. Pay / Benefits

  • Lead high-profile client engagements with accountability for technical delivery, client relationships, profitability, and key project metrics Leverage knowledge and network to identify and secure new opportunities in the Defence sector Shape solutions to meet client needs and manage delivery teams for optimal outcomes Advise senior leaders on business shaping and capability development Develop and manage key relationships across the Defence sector Identify and secure opportunities in new and existing markets Drive thought leadership and represent AMCL at global conferences Coach and mentor team members Tasks Strong track record in the Ministry of Defence with a broad network Proven decision-maker used to working with leadership to set and drive direction Experience on or with asset or infrastructure projects Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills Strong commercial awareness Broad network across the Defence sector Analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to balance competing needs and manage time/workload Willingness to travel to serve clients Key requirements flexible working environment respecting work-life balance opportunity to travel great place to work with voice to affect change access to global Turner & Townsend Defence network
