Full Job Description
This role offers a unique blend of leadership, client delivery, and business growth. You will be responsible for: Client Delivery & Leadership:
- Leading Complex Transformations: Spearhead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale change management programmes for ERI clients. This includes overseeing project planning, risk management, and ensuring successful outcomes that exceed client expectations.
- Driving People-Centred Change: Apply market-leading change management approaches to foster positive employee and customer experiences, ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies and operating models across the ERI value chain.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative environment where talent thrives and innovative solutions are delivered. You will also be comfortable delivering impactful results independently when required.
- Leveraging Data & AI: Utilise data, analytics, and AI tools to generate actionable insights, inform decision-making, and measure the effectiveness of change interventions, ensuring data-driven success. Business Development & Growth:
- Achieving Sales Targets: Proactively identify and shape smaller opportunities and sell-ons directly, building strong, trusted relationships with clients.
- Collaborating on Major Engagements: Work seamlessly with broader Deloitte teams on very large opportunities, contributing across all elements of the sales cycle, including bid management, compelling proposal writing, and impactful pitching.
- Practice Development: Play an active role in supporting the growth of our ERI practice, contributing to proposition development, methodology enhancement, and thought leadership. 1. Innovation & Future Shaping:
- Innovating Methodologies: Contribute to the continuous innovation of our change management methodologies and tools, helping to incubate and scale cutting-edge approaches across the practice.
- Thought Leadership: Help capture and share knowledge, strengthening our capabilities and market presence in technology-enabled change for the ERI sector.
We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to grow and develop, bringing a blend of industry insight, change management expertise, and a passion for technology. Your experience should demonstrate: - Proven Change Management Expertise: Extensive experience in delivering change management within technology-enabled transformation programmes, ideally leveraging data and AI to inform and measure change effectiveness.
- ERI Sector Acumen: Deep understanding of the Energy, Resources, and Industrial Products sector, including its unique challenges, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
- Leadership & Delivery Excellence: A track record of leading and delivering complex transformation projects, guiding teams, and building strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support business growth.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate findings into practical, impactful actions.
- Technological Enthusiasm: Genuine enthusiasm for technology, AI, and data, seeing technological disruption as an opportunity to drive value. Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation best practices is highly desirable.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all levels.
- Consulting Mindset: Experience in consulting or internal change roles within the private sector, thriving in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.
