Associate Director / Director - Infrastructure / Capital Programmes

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Capital Programme/Utilities Surveyor to join our Corporate Account Management team in Peterborough. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and have a strong rural or utilities background.

Our Corporate Account Management team based in Peterborough comprises of 23 specialists and sits within our Global Occupier Services team. The team offers a range of global real estate services to corporate occupier clients, building strong relationships in order to share expertise, manage processes and advise the best strategy, tailored specifically for the client's business needs. Specifically to infrastructure/utilities and capital project delivery, the team specialises in securing consents and acquisitions across the utilities sector, including linear infrastructure, every project is executed following uncompromising QHSSE standards, backed by industry-leading training and cutting-edge data management systems to deliver bespoke solutions.
