Associate Director Digital Transformation

Are you an experienced digital leader with a passion for transforming healthcare through technology, data and innovation?, We are seeking an ambitious and experienced digital leader to join our senior leadership team as Associate Director of Digital Transformation. Reporting to the Medical Director, you will act as the Trust's Chief Digital and Chief Data Officer, leading our digital, data and technology agenda to support outstanding patient care and operational excellence.

You will drive the Trust's digital strategy, lead large-scale transformation programmes, optimise our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and digital systems, and ensure effective cyber security, information governance and business continuity arrangements. Working closely with clinical and operational leaders, you will champion innovation, data-driven decision making and emerging technologies to improve patient and staff experiences.

You will be an accomplished senior leader with significant experience delivering digital and technology transformation within a complex organisation, ideally healthcare. Educated to Master's level or equivalent, with a relevant professional qualification, you will bring expertise in digital strategy, data, cyber security, governance, programme delivery and stakeholder engagement.
