Significant investment is being made in the Development and Alumni Relations function, reflecting the essential role of philanthropy in supporting strategic priorities and long-term ambitions. Strong engagement with alumni and donors sits at the heart of this effort, championed by a dedicated leadership team and faculty committed to building lasting global partnerships.
We are now seeking an Associate Director, Development to join at a time of strong momentum. This senior leadership position will play a central role in shaping philanthropic strategy, driving major and principal gifts, and leading an expanding fundraising team to achieve transformational impact. Working in close partnership with senior academic leaders, volunteers, and colleagues across the University, the successful candidate will help define the next stage of the School's development.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic outlook and a strong track record in major gift fundraising within a target-driven environment. They will be confident engaging senior stakeholders, tailoring approaches to donor needs, and identifying opportunities to grow philanthropic support.
They will also demonstrate proven leadership capability, with experience motivating teams to deliver ambitious results, alongside a proactive, outward-facing mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across complex organisations, including senior academic communities.
