Full Job Description

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location. What you offer 10+ years of credit risk experience, ideally gained within direct lending, private credit or leveraged finance environments Strong expertise in financial analysis, credit assessment and reviewing transaction and financing documentation Demonstrated experience leading, developing and mentoring team members in a high-performance environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior
