Full Job Description
Our AI and Innovation team within Credit and Capital Management, Chief Operating Officer is supporting our digital transformation by integrating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and emerging technologies to enhance credit and lending processes. This is an exciting opportunity where you'll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative products, ensuring alignment with the divisions objectives and delivering value to the business. While experience with AI and emerging technologies is advantageous, a strong interest in these areas and a proven track record as a Product Owner are more important.,
- Own responsibility for the product vision, strategy and roadmap of what is to be built by collaborating with the wider global and regional stakeholders and communicating to the IT, Change and Business teams
- Ensure IT colleagues, stakeholders and vendors understand all requirements, and they are planned for delivery
- Make certain that the product meets the our quality standards and cover all bases with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and other supporting areas
- Work closely with the IT delivery and architecture teams to ensure that the solution is fit for purpose and meets the product requirements
- Collaborate with business architecture and business analyst teams to ensure the product meets the target operating model and process flows and adapt as necessary
- Work with the delivery lead to prepare a product roadmap that aligns with the overall portfolio transformation strategy and portfolio roadmap
Knowledge and experience of banking / financial services, specifically credit and lending are essential - Proven Product Ownership / Senior Business Analyst experience in a complex global environment financial services industry
- Experience working on AI projects or an interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies would be advantageous but is not essential
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability
- Proven ability to rapidly develop matter expertise in a range of technical and non-technical areas
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical and business context matters to senior leaders in IT, Compliance, as well as senior business sponsors
- Requirements gathering experience and conducting design activity with a mix of business, operations, and technology-focused products/ projects
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean) and their application in project delivery
