- Location: Manchester (Fully remote but you must reside in the Greater Manchester area as candidate interviews and client meetings will all be held in the area)

The Role
This position is suitable for a principal talent consultant looking to step into a director-level role, or an Associate Director seeking positive change. The team is established, but they aim to expand their geographical scope and branch into the North of England. They seek a highly experienced recruitment professional to build the business and lead from the front. The role will be very hands-on, involving identifying and securing business with new and existing clients in the area, and eventually building a team of recruiters managing their daily activities. The role includes full P&L responsibility alongside developing future strategies.
