Demonstrated thought leadership and a profound understanding of emerging trends in FS transformation, the future of work, and technology disruptors.
Proven ability to translate complex strategic objectives into actionable organisational design and operating model solutions, driving tangible business outcomes.
Expert understanding of future of work trends and their implications for designing resilient, agile, and digitally enabled organisations.
Extensive experience in designing and optimising work, roles, and organisational structures for the future of functions - from customer-facing 'front office' to enabling and responsive 'back office'.
Advanced proficiency in organisational design methodologies, including the design of roles, teams, governance structures, and talent implications.
Demonstrated expertise in leading and implementing end-to-end organisational transformations, translating data-driven insights into sustainable new business realities.
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and influencing senior audiences.
Proven ability to design and facilitate highly engaging and impactful workshops for senior client stakeholders, driving consensus and co-creation.
Mastery in structured problem-solving and option exploration, leveraging advanced techniques such as design thinking, systems thinking, and service design.

We are particularly interested to hear from people with experience of future Operating Model/Organisation design in the context of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), cost reduction and transformation in the FS sector.

As an Associate Director, you will be a pivotal leader, driving significant FS client impact and spearheading growth within our Organisation and Workforce Transformation FS practice. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in:
Leading FS clients in solving complex, strategic issues by performing advanced analysis, providing innovative recommendations, and leveraging a sophisticated combination of experience, industry knowledge, cutting-edge tools, and technology.
Leading the scoping and end-to-end delivery of complex Organisation and Workforce Transformation FS programmes across a variety of strategic contexts, including large-scale M&A, significant cost reduction initiatives, and enterprise-wide transformations.
Leading multiple FS project workstreams or entire engagements, facilitating high-impact working sessions with senior clients to develop critical deliverables such as comprehensive organisation assessments, advanced organisational structures, detailed realisation cost models, and complex carve-out strategies.
Managing and influencing senior stakeholders both internally within Deloitte and across diverse client organisations, building enduring relationships based on trust and expertise.
Driving significant FS business development and sales activities, including identifying new FS opportunities, leading the development of compelling proposals, actively pursuing new FS client engagements, and contributing directly to achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm.
