Our Debt Finance Practice specializes in advising clients on all aspects of debt-related transactions and financial structuring. We provide legal expertise to borrowers, lenders and other financial institutions on a wide range of financing matters, including syndicated loans, leveraged buyouts, refinancing and structured finance. Our team assists clients in negotiating and drafting loan agreements, security documents and other related contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing potential risks.   • Applying good judgment and excellent analytical skills to all tasks and demonstrating strong organisational skills and self-motivation

  • Executing multiple work streams and delivering flawless work within short timeframes, using excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Conducting essential contractual tasks, including editing passes on ancillary documents to ensure accuracy and linguistic precision
  • Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities, and assisting with and implementing firm-wide strategies
  • Engaging proactively with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, providing strategic advice and addressing their needs
