the Data Architect in defining and maintaining architecture standards for enterprise data services, pipelines, integrations, and common data modelsSupporting the development and improvement of common data models across finance, people, clients, operations, risk and complianceSupporting the management and review of governance, data quality, observability and supportability controls across enterprise data servicesWorking with enterprise function stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, architects and service teams to understand data needs, issues and improvement opportunitiesWhat we are looking for:We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate: Experience working in data architecture, data analysis, data engineering, business analysis, data governance or enterprise systems delivery. Understanding of data modelling, data integration, data flows and enterprise data structures. Ability to interpret architecture principles and apply them to

practical delivery scenarios. Experience working with enterprise functions such as finance, people, clients, operations, risk or compliance. Understanding of data quality, data governance, lineage, metadata, ownership and control concepts. Ability to review data designs, identify inconsistencies and recommend practical improvements.
