Full Job Description

We're looking for a talented Senior Associate (Corporate Real Estate) to join our growing Real Estate team in Cardiff., As a Senior Associate, you'll provide commercial property support to our longstanding client base, with a particular focus on growing our real estate work in Wales. You will work within our expanding Real Estate department across a range of sectors, including landlord and tenant work, corporate support, and real estate finance, supporting fast-paced and time-intensive transactions. What is important here is that you enjoy the challenge of real estate work and that you have an eagerness to build internal relationships, external client relationships and become a 'go to' person within the business. You'll also be keen to convert client relationships, so you'll enjoy focused business development activities. What you'll be doing

  • Providing proactive and commercial legal advice on time and to a high standard of technical competence across a broad range of corporate real estate matters.
  • Taking responsibility for running your own caseload without supervision and working across a wide breadth of transactions.
  • Undertaking focused business development activity to support the growth of the firm's real estate offering in Wales.

    Excellent experience in real estate transactions, with an interest in taking a lead on advising succinctly on difficult and complex areas.
  • A great team player with high levels of personal commitment and initiative, who is flexible, ambitious, and results-oriented, with a track record of having taken responsibility for developing business and achieving targets.
  • Good organisational skills and experience of project management and delivering process efficiencies, with strong attention to detail tempered by a commercial approach.
