Associate - Clinical Negligence

We're looking for a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join our Clinical Negligence team. The role You'll be a solicitor specialising in clinical negligence claims, acting on behalf of a range of defendant clients, with a particular focus on representing NHS Resolution. What you'll be doing

• Delivering comprehensive, high-quality legal services across complex matters.
• Providing exceptional client service, including proactive, strategic and commercial management of claims.
• Providing responsive secondment support to key clients - remotely and on site.
  
  Clinical negligence experience - defendant/claimant or catastrophic personal injury experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, concise and accurate legal documents and advice, and to communicate complex matters in a straightforward manner to clients and colleagues.
• Experience in inquest or healthcare advisory work an advantage.
