Associate, Client Processing I

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Processing Associate I to join our Conventional Trust Platform. This role is located in Manchester, UK. Title in the contract: Specialist, Client Processing In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
• Interact with other organizational units and teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
• Process account-related transactions per scheduled events and client-authenticated direction.
• Follow established procedures to answer inquiries and resolve problems or issues.
• Manage situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to client feedback.
• Escalate more complex situations to senior colleagues.
• Integrate area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
• Perform complex operational tasks in a product or functional area.
• Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
  
  Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Good Communication Skills, confident using phone and MS teams.
• Confident using MS Office e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience in using Digital Tools.
