Full Job Description

ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, leveraging their expertise for creative development and strategic planning. Relationships: Build and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders as well as the local market country marketing managers (CMMs) and ensure central marketing initiatives are aligned with local objectives and emerging opportunitiesCollaborate closely with the campaign and product marketing teams within the EMEA central marketing unit. Knowledge/Experience: 3+ years B2B marketing experience. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua,). Understanding of client journeys across the full marketing mix. Strong skills in crafting marketing materials with impeccable written English. Experience in scaling campaigns across diverse languages and regions is preferred. Knowledge of the investment/financial sector is beneficial Competencies: Ability to swiftly establish and nurture strong professional relationships. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills with extremely good attention to detail. Strong eye for design and consistency of visual identity. Creative and proactive in generating new ideas, with a self-driven work ethic. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Effective in navigating international team dynamics within a complex matrix organization. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; capable of advancing key initiatives and managing multiple projects concurrently.
