Associate Client Advisor - UK Payroll Services

Due to continued growth in our UK Employer Services team, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Payroll Assistant to join our client services department. Our national payroll services team work collaboratively to deliver the best client experience, and our Payroll Assistants are primarily responsible for assisting with the administration and processing of payrolls within their team. About the role

• Responsible for the day-to-day administration of a small portfolio of payroll clients, with support from the wider team
• Assisting the payroll team with various tasks, such as data processing and other payroll & pension administration
• Complete a self-review of your work to ensure accuracy before submitting to our quality control review
• Where you have contact with clients, you will respond to their queries or requests in a professional and timely manner, and you will proactively seek support from your team if required.
• Attending team and client meetings where required and engage with all training made available to support you with building your skills and payroll expertise
• We support our team to achieve qualifications with CIPP in order to further their payroll career and develop
  
  Some experience in UK payroll administration.
• Good communication skills, organised and completes assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Engaged with furthering own development and proactively seeks support and guidance
• Collaborative and curious, working effectively with colleagues in your team to deliver the best client experience and open to new innovative ways of improving processes
