We are seeking to appoint an experienced, ambitious, and highly effective Maths Subject Leader from September 2026. The successful candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and high expectations. This is a highly successful school with an exceptionally low staff turnover. Last year we were one of the top of Staffordshire with an average A level grade of a B. Maths and Further Maths are very successful courses. At Key Stage 4 are attainment 8 score was 4.8 which was above the national average. 78% of our students achieved a grade 4+ in Maths, with 20% of the cohort achieving a grade 7+. We are committed to evidence-based teaching and learning and support continual development by placing coaching at the heart of what we do.
