Experteer Overview In this role, you join Dentons' London employment team to handle a broad mix of advisory, litigation and transactional work for varied clients. You will support cross-border projects and multi-jurisdictional transactions, collaborating with colleagues across the Dentons network. You'll build relationships, contribute to business development and thought leadership, helping to grow a high-quality employment practice. • Support transactions across sectors, including international and multi-jurisdictional corporate work and global HR matters Build and maintain client relationships Advise on day-to-day employment law issues for various clients Defend employment tribunal litigation and support related investigations Contribute to business development, webinars/seminars and client training Contribute to thought leadership and raise the firm's profile externally Tasks Experience across most aspects of employment work (tribunals, grievances, disciplinaries, industrial relations) Advising on TUPE, outsourcing, restructuring and redundancies Employment corporate support (due diligence, drafting warranties and indemnities) Experience on global employment projects involving multiple countries Legal research and drafting staff handbooks, contracts, policies and procedures Client seminars and training; business development Ambition to grow expertise within a leading practice Key requirements Flexible working arrangements Disability Confident employer Inclusive culture Direct applications encouraged
