The Emerging Companies Team sits within the Corporate Tech Division and supports innovative companies, challengers and disrupters through the key stages of their growth journey. The team advises on a broad range of emerging companies work, including venture capital fundraisings and investment activity, and regularly acts for investors (including venture capital funds) on their own investments as well as supporting their portfolio companies., The role will involve advising emerging technology and life sciences businesses on the key stages of their growth journey, as well as acting for venture capitalists, angel investors, syndicates and institutional investors (including investment funds specialising in seed capital, venture capital and growth equity). Our team also advises on transactions with universities and research organisations.

• Between 1-5 years' PQE gained in a relevant practice area from a reputable law firm.
