Full Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Residential Property team in Swindon. This is an exciting time for our Residential Property team who are expanding so this is a new role. You will deal with transactions for both local and national clients.,
- Manage a caseload of files, dealing effectively with transactions.
- Work closely in the team to deliver a high standard of legal advice maintaining a consistent level of excellent client service.
- Manage and deal effectively with a variety of transactional matters to include, sale/purchase/transfer of equity and remortgages.
- Effectively scope and price work, with partner support and supervision.
- Deal directly with clients to take instructions and deliver on client expectations.
- Manage time recording, WIP monitoring and billing consistently on files and matters.
- Work toward personal and team KPIs and measure performance against these.
- Spot opportunities to cross sell and develop contacts within the firm to increase cross referred work.
- Ensure understanding of the department's strategic goals and set your own personal activities/objectives to align.
Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx 3-6PQE with requisite knowledge and experience to fulfil the role. - Previous experience within a resdinetial property team.
- Strong client / project management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service.
- Organised and able to effectively prioritise.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team
