Assistant Unit Manager

As the Assistant Unit Manager, you will be the key to supporting the Unit Manager in the daily operations of a thriving Costa Coffee unit. You will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team of baristas.
• Ensuring the unit operates efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and brand compliance.
• Driving sales and managing costs to achieve business targets.
• Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume catering environment.
• Stepping up to manage the unit in the absence of the Unit Manager.
