Explore the opportunity This is a varied and rewarding role that combines high-level administrative support with student welfare, SEND coordination, first aid administration, and mental health provision. Responsibilities include coordinating SEND processes and annual reviews, managing student records and reports, overseeing medical and first aid administration, championing mental health and wellbeing across the school, and maintaining effective communication with parents and partner agencies. Working closely with the SENDCo, students, families, staff and external agencies, you will play a key role in ensuring students receive the support they need to thrive both academically and personally. You will be highly organised, compassionate, proactive and committed to supporting positive outcomes for all students. Contract: Permanent, term time only (39 weeks per year) plus INSETs.
