Full Job Description

This role is all about making a real difference in respiratory care within the community and at the Halton CDC. As part of the team, you'll deliver high-quality spirometry and sleep services, ensuring patients of all ages - including children - receive accurate diagnostic testing and compassionate support. From performing spirometry and FeNO tests to issuing overnight sleep study equipment, you'll guide patients through each procedure with clarity and confidence.

Your responsibilities go beyond clinical work. You'll keep clinics running smoothly by managing stock levels, preparing equipment bags, and maintaining devices to the highest standards. Administrative tasks such as processing test requisitions and reports will also be part of your day-to-day, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Patient care is at the heart of this role. Compliance with quality standards and Trust policies is essential, and you'll actively participate in training and communication activities to stay ahead in best practices.

If you're passionate about respiratory health, thrive in a hands-on environment, and can perform basic life support, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to combine technical expertise with patient-centred care., The main duties are to deliver the community spirometry service across Warrington and Halton and issuing sleep study equipment in the Community Diagnostic Centre in Halton. You may also be expected to support the physiologists onsite with other ATO duties as services develop.
