- A qualified, professionally registered Social Worker with strong knowledge of current legislation and regulations
- Passionate about customer-focused, strengths-based practice
- Skilled in balancing people's rights to independence with the need to manage risk
- Creative and resourceful in designing solutions that meet individual needs
- An encouraging and supportive manager who can lead, supervise, and develop individuals and teams
- Confident in building strong relationships across services and communities to ensure safe, coordinated, and effective support
