As an Assistant Team Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping a positive impact on families. Working closely with the Team Manager, you'll lead the dedicated team to enhance the delivery of the five "Every Child Matters" outcome. To qualify for this position, you need a social work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a level 4 management qualification being preferable. You will have at least 3 years' experience of working in children and families' social care.

This position comes with a 15% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis. (delete if not applicable)
