Do you have a passion for helping children overcome challenges and reach their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Assistant Teacher to join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of pupils with Special Educational Needs. You'll lead whole-class sessions during teacher absence, support teaching and learning in class & help deliver engaging learning and support pupils' personal and academic development. This is your opportunity to play a vital role in creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment where every child can thrive. Bucks Pay Range 4, Hours: 37 hrs per week Work Pattern: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm, Wednesday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Fridays 8.30am - 5.00pm Weeks: 39 weeks including INSET days What you'll do Support teaching and learning in class Lead whole-class sessions during teacher absence Assist pupils with SEN, including personal care Create positive relationships and promote independence Help plan lessons, prepare resources and record progress
