Full Job Description
- Assist lead instructors in delivering structured swim lessons
- Support students in and out of the water with technique and confidence
- Help manage class safety, behaviour and engagement
- Set up and pack down pool equipment before and after classes
- Provide encouragement, guidance and a positive experience for all participants
Are you interested in helping others learn to swim? We are looking for a friendly, motivated Assistant Swimming Instructor to support our Learn To Swim Scheme and help deliver high-quality, fun and safe swimming lessons., Enthusiasm for swimming and teaching - Great communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to work with children and beginners of all ages
- Willingness to learn and take direction from lead instructors
- Swimming Teacher Assistant qualification (or willingness to obtain)
