Assistant Support Worker

As an Assistant Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support by:

• Assisting with personal care in a dignified and respectful way
• Encouraging life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
• Promoting independence and helping people achieve their personal goals
• Following individual support plans and risk assessments
• Building positive, trusting relationships through collaborative working
Hoist training is required, with full support provided to refresh or gain this skill if needed. Shifts & Rota You will work a two-week rolling rota:
• 07:00 - 15:00
• 14:00 - 22:00

You must be able to work every other weekend and complete one sleep-in per week (Sleep-ins are paid at an enhanced flat rate of £52.78 per sleep-in).,
• £20,406 per annum (30 hours per week)
